Just as it is prudent to have a crisis plan in case of a catastrophe, it is just as sensible to have the proper coverage for flood insurance.
If your business (or home) is located in certain parts of the state / country, federal law may require you to have flood insurance. Regardless if federal law requires you or not, it is still advisable to properly protect your self from the potential damage a flood can cause.
A majority of flood insurance policies come with a waiting period of 30 days before your coverage can start being effective but there are a few exceptions, we can help.
